SCOTTSDALE – May 1, 2025 – Radix Law, the first multi-lawyer, full-service law firm in the U.S. approved under Arizona’s Alternative Business Structure (ABS) Program, announced today it joins Aprio, the 24th largest business advisory and accounting firm in the U.S., to launch Aprio Legal, LLC — a law firm built for today’s entrepreneurs and business leaders.
The transition marks an exciting new chapter for Radix Law and its clients, bringing expanded capabilities and a holistic client experience through Aprio Legal. Licensed under the ABS Program, Aprio Legal delivers integrated legal, accounting and advisory services — all under one roof. The combination is effective today. Radix Law’s Managing Partner Andy Kvesic will become CEO of Aprio Legal, once his new role is approved by the Arizona Supreme Court’s ABS Committee.
