Family Court Mistakes can result in Devastating Consequences

Family law matters are inherently emotional and legally complex. Navigating family law issues without smart legal advice can lead to…

Poor Decisions: Emotions can cloud your judgment. A divorce attorney provides a neutral perspective, helping you make rational decisions that serve your best interests in the long run.

Poor Settlements: Unfavorable division of assets, unfair alimony or child support arrangements, and less parenting time.

Poor Health: Family law cases bring out tough emotions. You should be able to focus on your mental-health – not negotiations, court procedures, and deadlines.

Safeguard your Future with Smart Legal Representation

Don’t let an abusive or narcissistic spouse punish you with their behavior. Let an Arizona family law attorney advocate for you and your children’s best interest. We can help you:

Escape Abuse or Domestic Violence: Seek a restraining order and get a court order preventing your ex from abusing or harassing you.

Negotiate a Better Settlement: Get your fair share of property, child support, and alimony, and more parental authority.

Rebuild your Life: On solid financial footing, you can begin to rediscover your personal identity.

  • Steve Cole

    Partner

Divorce can bring out the worst in people. From manipulative behavior to outright bullying, the tactics used by opposing parties can be devastating. That’s where Steve Cole comes in – with over 29 years of experience, he can help you stand up to those who seek to take advantage of you.

Steve’s approach emphasizes mediated solutions, but he is not afraid to take issues to Family Court when circumstances demand it. Steve is highly skilled at using depositions to acquire testimony prior to trial. This technique often leads to higher settlements and more parenting time for his clients. Whether it’s trial or mediation, Steve’s main goal is to empower you to move towards a brighter future.

  • Colleen Contreras

    Counsel

It’s not common to find someone with a project management background – detail-oriented, meticulous to the core – who then, at the flip of a switch, can bring a compassionate perspective to the table. Wrap this all up with a legal background, and you’ve got Colleen Contreras.

Colleen Contreras

Counsel

“Steven Cole did an exceptional job on my case. I was in a 20 year marriage and my ex-wife did not work for a great part of our marriage. There was extreme parental alienation and my ex-wife did not want to share custody. Steve was able to get spousal maintenance reduced to a manageable level. More importantly, he was able to get me joint custody with a very favorable visitation schedule. I highly recommend his services.”

Child Custody Client

“I am so grateful for Colleen and Radix Law. Colleen has been a wonderful attorney. She has been focused, comforting and a powerful advocate in my corner. Colleen can see the big picture and cares deeply about my children’s well being. She has made the family court process straightforward and easy to understand! So glad I have her as my attorney. I would recommend her to anyone who needs an attorney who actually cares!”

Kaitlynn N.

“Through it all they helped motivate me, especially in the thick of it all. I am very grateful to have such a lovely team representing me and through all this stressful strenuous process we fought to bring my baby home! Thank you guys for everything and for all that you do to help families with such a hard process. You truly bring hope to families!”
