As a Partner at Radix Law, William H. Breier uses his knowledge and experience as a construction professional to the benefit of his clients, providing them with industry expertise grounded in real life experiences.

In his construction practice, William represents general contractors, subcontractors, property owners, homeowners, design professionals, real estate developers, and material suppliers in construction disputes. William also represents clients in real estate and other types of commercial litigation disputes. These matters include without limitation, business divorces, partnership disputes, employer/employee disputes, and landlord/tenant disputes. William also assists clients with preparation and negotiation of construction contracts, as well as real estate purchases and leases. William has represented clients in state and federal courts, arbitration proceedings, and handled matters before the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and other administrative agencies.

William has also played an active role in alternative dispute resolution proceedings as lead counsel in arbitrations, mediations and settlement conferences. William is an active member of the Construction Section and Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the State Bar of Arizona. William also serves as a mediator on construction, real estate, and other commercial disputes. William is a mediator for the Arizona REALTORS and is also an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association on its construction and consumer panels.

Prior to becoming an attorney, William worked professionally for seven years in the commercial construction industry in Arizona and Nevada, including five years as a Project Manager. In his construction career, he oversaw expansive projects including casinos, restaurants, Class A office buildings, medical office buildings, hospital/healthcare facilities, shopping centers, grocery stores, mixed-use developments, and telecommunication facilities in both the private and public sectors.

William graduated from Arizona State University’s Del. E. Webb School of Construction in 2002 and received his J.D. from the Phoenix School of Law in 2012. In his free time, William enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, traveling, hiking, watching sports, and playing golf.
