Robert Mann brings more than 25 years of civil and complex commercial litigation to the firm’s clients. Over the course of his career, Robert has represented a variety of businesses and individuals in judicial, arbitration, administrative, and alternative dispute proceedings across the United States and on two continents. His experience includes both pre-trial, trial, and appellate practice.

Robert’s practice has seen him handle litigation matters involving contract disputes, real estate transactions, professional liability, insurance coverage and bad faith, and general business conflicts.
Robert has lived in the Phoenix area for more than 30 years, graduating from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 1994. Prior to law school, Robert received dual degrees in Journalism and Mass Communications and Political Science from the University of Iowa, and he spent several years as a sports reporter in Burlington, Iowa, and Mesa, Arizona. He and his wife have two daughters, and they enjoy traveling, fishing, snow skiing, and golf. Robert also has served his community as a board member of his Scottsdale homeowners’ association and as a volleyball coach.
