Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional, courteous, and detail-oriented receptionist to be the face of our firm. This role is vital as the receptionist is often the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle a busy office environment with poise and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm, welcoming demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Schedule client appointments and manage calendar updates
- Handle client inquiries, providing general information and directing specific questions to appropriate staff
- Manage mail and deliveries, both incoming and outgoing
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Support legal staff with various clerical duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus)
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably within a law firm or professional office setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold a professional image
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with legal terminology or case management software is an advantage, but not required

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Legal Assistant to assist our legal team in a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal procedures, excellent communication skills, and be team-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation, revision, transmission, and organization of legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, motions, contracts, estate plans, and corporate governance records.
- File documents with courts and ensure compliance with court filing procedures.
- Maintain accurate case files and databases.
- Schedule meetings, hearings, and depositions.
- Manage correspondence and communications with clients, courts, and other legal professionals.
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, managing emails, calendaring, and data entry.
- Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in legal studies or a related field preferred.

Bankruptcy Paralegal
Radix Law is hiring for a part-time, contract Bankruptcy Paralegal to provide support to one Partner and their clients through the bankruptcy process.
The Bankruptcy Paralegal should be experienced and well-versed in all aspects of consumer and small business bankruptcy. Focus must be Debtor representation, but experience on creditor side is desirable as well. In conjunction with the attorney, Paralegal must be capable of preparation and filing of documents such as bankruptcy petitions in chapters 7, 13 and 11, motions, reorganization plans, and be able to perform accurate means test calculations, income analysis and Chapter 13 plan calculations. Paralegal must have experience in the Chapter 13 Plan confirmation process. Must be familiar with Local Rules as well as trustee and judges’ procedures in the District of Arizona. Paralegal is expected to be detail-oriented with focus on analysis of information provided by client and ability to follow up with clients to ensure complete and accurate disclosures, bankruptcy statements and schedules as required by law. Paralegal is expected to be proactive and work as a team member with attorney to provide highest level of service to clients with most efficiency. Proficiency in Best Case required.
