While we prefer to meet with our clients personally, we recognize that times require us to be creative and flexible. And while we still have our three meeting approach to estate planning, we can do it much more quickly and efficiently while we meet virtually from socially distant locations. We also decided during this difficult time that we should discount our estate planning rates by 1/3rd to help our clients financially.
Many people ask us – don’t you need two witnesses and a notary attend a signing? The answer is “yes”. But our system allows you to do all that from your home, only using a computer.
Our estate planning complete package also includes a Durable Health Care Power of Attorney – which is necessary to let your loved one make decisions during a medical crisis. However, even if you don’t want to do your estate planning now, you absolutely should get this in place. The Arizona Attorney General has a form which you should use and it is free.
