Robert Mann

Senior Counsel

Robert (Bob) Mann concentrates in litigation, bringing over twenty years of experience in both civil and complex commercial litigation to the firm.  He is a senior counsel attorney at Radix Law. Over the course of his career, Bob has represented clients in litigation matters both large and small throughout the state of Arizona. He has practiced in both state and federal courts, and in a wide variety of non-court settings, including mediation, governmental administrative proceedings and arbitrations. His experience includes both trial work and appellate practice.

Prior to joining The Frutkin Law Firm, PLC, Bob practiced with one of the fifty largest law firms in the country for a number of years.  He also ran his own law practice before becoming a member of the firm.  This experience with both large and small law firms gives him broad experience handling matters of all sizes, with clients from diverse locations from North Carolina to Hawaii.  Over his more than two decades of litigation practice, Bob has handled litigation matters involving contract disputes, professional liability, personal injury and wrongful death, real estate transactions, insurance coverage and bad faith, and general business conflicts.

A 1994 graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Bob has been a member of the Phoenix community for over twenty years.  Prior to law school, he received dual degrees in Journalism and Mass Communications and Political Science from the University of Iowa. He is married to attorney Emily Mann, and has two daughters, Caroline and Angelina.  He supports his daughters’ in their academic success and athletic pursuits, as well as their work as part-time actors and models. In his free time, Bob enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, snow skiing and golf.  He is a board member of the Grayhawk Community Association, and an assistant coach for his daughters’ recreational girls’ volleyball teams.
