Dylan Wright is a native of Arizona. He did his undergraduate work at ASU and received a Bachelor of Art in English Literature. He attended the University of Virginia and earned his J.D. in 2016. He has a diverse background: conducting legal research, writing motions and briefs, issuing and responding to discovery, helping manage and coordinate cases, taking and defending depositions, and appearing in court on behalf of clients. After law school he joined a general litigation practice in Helena, Montana. While in Montana he represented qualifying renewable energy facilities under the Public Utilities Regulatory and Policy Act (“PURPA”). He took clients through the administrative rate-making process and including subsequent appeals to state and federal courts. In this effort his firm was successful in helping build some of the largest renewable energy facilities in Montana. Dylan returned to Arizona in 2018, practicing at another firm primarily defending employment lawsuits and advising businesses on various employment-related issues. His main practice areas at Radix Law are employment law and general civil litigation. When not at work he likes to fish, barbeque, and spend time with his wife (who is also an attorney in town!).
