Attorney Stephanie Fierro practices in the fields of estate planning and business law, including employment and trademark law. She is a partner with Radix Law. For more than a decade, she has represented individuals and companies in a wide variety of business law matters. Her experience includes all aspects of corporate transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, estate planning and tax representation. In addition to representing her clients on transactional matters, Stephanie is well-versed in business litigation and alternative dispute resolution. This experience allows her to represent her clients throughout the legal process, finding the best possible solution to their issues. She offers highly personalized estate planning services, including complex estate planning options. Her estate planning experience runs the gamut from straightforward wills and trusts to more complex strategies to maximize inheritance while minimizing tax liabilities, and to ultimately ensure that her clients’ wishes are fulfilled.
Prior to joining Radix Law, Stephanie managed her own law practice, giving her substantial experience in running a business. Within the firm, Stephanie has helped to develop the estate planning and business transaction practices. She also works to ensure that younger attorneys receive the mentoring and guidance that they need at the firm. She regularly appears on local news stations to discuss a number of timely legal topics, which have included Estate Planning, Tax, the Family Medical Leave Act, and Pinterest. She has also served as a contributing editor of Attorney at Law and Public Accountant Magazine.
Stephanie graduated cum laude from New England Law | Boston in 2005. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, in Justice Studies from Arizona State University. In addition to appearing on local news programs, Stephanie speaks on the subjects of estate planning and employment law to fellow attorneys and business owners. Her depth of experience on these topics is demonstrated by her popularity as a speaker.
A native New Yorker and long-time resident of Phoenix, Stephanie is married to Eric Fierro, who is also a valley attorney. Together, they are raising two young daughters. She enjoys spending free time with her family, along with cooking, golfing, and visiting valley businesses and attractions. As a dedicated member of the community, Stephanie always makes time to volunteer for valley charities and is raising her children to do the same. She also volunteers her time as a mentor for students at New England Law | Boston.
